Your business is changing and through time, it will continue to go through various stages of development and so will you as an entrepreneur. After more than a decade in business, I have learned a lot and the beautiful thing is that I continue to learn more each and every day. I bring people in my life that support my vision and my goals and that fuels my inspiration to keep things moving forward. Shanda Sumpter says it quite nicely in her e-book entitled "Core Calling". She says to be successful you must learn how to think, strategize and prioritize differently. She asks her readers to move beyond the idea that we have to handle business the old way to be successful. This idea resonates with me and truly identifies with the changes I have made in my own business over time. 

Don’t spend your time in vain by not focusing in the right areas of your business, not scheduling a specific amount of time for each task and/or over scheduling your tasks so it is impossible to feel good, even great at the end of each day and week!
